He more than deserves it!
This is one show which made me feel a cold lump in my throat for a long time after I left the cinema ( read: the emotional tsunami hit me and engulfed me nyeh~~~).
I loved the movie. I liked the way sean penn potrayed harvey milk.
The movie moved me - filled me with lotsa courage to steadfastly pursue my dreams and ideals, sthg I have long forgotten.
"my name is harvey milk, and I am here to recruit you!"
And the big disappointment in the Best Foreign Film category. Let The Right One In did not even get nominated! What the hell is wrong with it.....and I am reminded why I do not even bother about the Oscars anymore. If the fucking case of Benjamin button can be nominated like so many times.....what the hell! Someone told me its because LTROI is a vampire movie and nobody likes vampire movies anymore........hmmmmph
